Service Policy
National Detroit tools are designed to give you years of trouble-free service. However, if your sander needs repair, we have designed our service program to be as trouble-free as our sanders. Any sander returned to our factory for repair will be repaired or rebuilt and shipped back to you within 48 hours! It's as simple and as quick as that.

Limited Warranty
We warrant each sander manufactured by National Detroit, Inc. to be free from any defects in material or workmanship. Any sander appearing defective must be returned to the factory, transportation charges prepaid, for examination.

THE OBLIGATION OF NATIONAL DETROIT, INC. UNDER ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IS LIMITED SOLELY TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AT ITS FACTORY OF ANY PART WHICH SHALL PROVE DEFECTIVE. THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY AND ANY OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTY INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO (1) YEAR FROM DATE OF DELIVERY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.

This warranty does not cover damage to any sander arising from alteration or abuse, wear caused by contaminated or extremely high air pressure, accident or negligence, or use for other than its intended purpose, and does not cover any repairs or replacement parts made by anyone other than National Detroit, Inc. In no event shall National Detroit, Inc. be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damage arising from the sale or use of this tool.

This warranty registration card must be completed and returned to National Detroit, Inc. within (10) days after being put into service to activate this warranty.
